- Please include option details and quantities if applicable.
- We’ll email you an invoice covering product price + NZ$15/kg (air freight & customs) + small service fee.
- Once payment is complete, we will purchase and ship your items from Korea.

Auckland Region
- Standard (0–25kg): $9
- Overweight (25.01kg+): $19
- Free Delivery: Orders over $99
- Early Morning Delivery (North Shore only): Orders placed by 6 PM will be delivered between 3 AM – 8 AM
- Next-Day Delivery (All Auckland): Orders placed by 6 PM will be delivered the next day
- Orders accepted 7 days, delivery available Tuesday–Saturday
- Additional charges may apply for some Auckland suburban areas
North Island Zone 1

- Standard (0–20kg): $15
- Overweight (20.01kg+): $30
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days

- Temperature-sensitive items are safely packed in chilled packaging

Additional Notes
- Orders placed by 6 PM on weekdays are processed the same day and delivered the next day.
- Tracking information will be sent via email.
