Proxy Purchase Service

AsianFoodNZ provides a proxy purchase service to assist customers in ordering products from overseas sellers, primarily in Korea. All imported items are purchased on behalf of customers through AsianFoodNZ’s proxy service. Product value is treated as a customer expense, and GST applies only to service fees charged by AsianFoodNZ. AsianFoodNZ does not act as the importer or reseller of these products but as an agent facilitating purchases from overseas sellers on behalf of customers. By placing an order using our proxy service, you authorize AsianFoodNZ to make purchases on your behalf and to manage related shipping, customs, and payment processes.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
