This beloved classic combines aromatic spices and rich beef broth. With Aji-Quick Pho Bò seasoning and 100% Vietnamese rice noodles, you can enjoy deep, fragrant broth at home in a short time.
Ingredients
- Rice noodles 500 g (serves 4–5)
- Aji-Quick Pho Bò seasoning 1 pack (57 g)
- Water 2 L
- Thinly sliced beef (chuck/round) 300–400 g
- ½ onion (sliced)
- Bean sprouts 2 cups
- 1 lemon
- A handful of coriander
Directions
- Make broth: Boil 2 L of water. Add 1 pack of Aji-Quick Pho Bò, stir, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook noodles: Boil noodles 6–7 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
- Cook beef: Simmer broth, dip beef slices for 10–20 seconds until pink fades; remove.
- Assemble: Place noodles in bowls, top with bean sprouts, onion, beef, and coriander.
- Finish: Pour hot broth and serve with lemon.
Tips
- Add a teaspoon of chili oil for spice.
- Enhance flavor with a spoon of sriracha.
