What Is This Service?
This service allows you to order any product from Korea’s largest online marketplace, Coupang, and have it delivered safely to your address in New Zealand.
Simply send us the product link, and we’ll handle the purchase, packaging, and international shipping for you.
How to Order
- Visit Coupang’s official site (www.coupang.com) and find the product you wish to purchase.
- Copy the product link (URL) and paste it into the order note field of the “Coupang Proxy Order” product page.
- We will review your request and send you an invoice via email including product price + shipping fee ($13 per kg) + $3 service charge per product link.
- Once payment is completed, we will purchase the item in Korea and ship it directly to your New Zealand address.
Shipping & Information
- Average delivery time after payment: 7–14 days (depending on product category and supplier)
- All products are purchased directly from Coupang’s official sellers or partners.
- Shipping is managed through AsianFoodNZ’s trusted international delivery partners for safe and fast delivery.
Important Notes
- All Coupang prices are listed in KRW (Korean Won); final payment will be processed in NZD.
- Some products (e.g., batteries, liquids, perishable items) may not be eligible for international delivery due to shipping restrictions.
- Prices and availability of limited or sale items may change depending on Coupang stock status.
