Shipped from Korea (한국 직구)
“Shipped from Korea” labeled items are shipped directly from our official logistics partners in Korea. These orders are handled as proxy shopping (purchasing agent) transactions.
- Preparation in Korea: 2–3 business days
- International shipping (Seoul → New Zealand): 3–7 business days
- NZ customs clearance & domestic delivery: 1–3 business days
- Total estimated time: approximately 7–12 business days after order confirmation
- Tracking number will be sent by email once dispatched
- All prices are in NZD. GST applies only to the Service Charge
- No GST on product prices or international shipping fees (proxy structure)
- Parcels are shipped from Korea by partner forwarders and delivered in New Zealand by AsianFood.nz Delivery Team or NZ Post
