Description
DONGWON Dried Anchovy (Large Size) is specially selected for making Korean soup stock. Known as “Dashi anchovy” in Korean cooking, these larger anchovies produce a deeper and cleaner broth flavour compared to smaller varieties.
They are commonly used to prepare traditional Korean stock for dishes such as soybean paste soup, noodle soup, and various stews. When simmered gently, they release natural seafood umami that forms the base of many Korean dishes.
