DONGHAE Roasted Dried Shredded Pollack is made from carefully dried pollack that is shredded and roasted using a traditional loess kiln method. This roasting process enhances the natural savory flavor while preserving the soft and slightly chewy texture.
Known as “Hwangtaechae” in Korea, these dried pollack strips are commonly used in Korean cuisine for dishes such as spicy shredded pollack salad (hwangtae muchim) or hearty pollack soup. The convenient shredded form makes it easy to cook and prepare.
