Ingredients
- 200g Korean rice cakes (tteok)
- 100g fish cakes, sliced
- 2 cups water or anchovy broth
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- Green onions for garnish
- Boiled egg (optional)
Instructions
- In a pan, mix gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and garlic in the water or broth.
- Bring to a boil and add rice cakes and fish cakes.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and add a boiled egg if desired. Enjoy!
