
Easy Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe
Make authentic Korean Bulgogi at home in just a few steps using Chung Jung One Korean BBQ Sauce for Beef Bulgogi .
Ingredients (2–3 servings)
- 400g sliced beef (ribeye, sirloin, or tender cut)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2–3 mushrooms (optional)
- 4–5 tbsp Chung Jung One Bulgogi Marinade
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- Sesame seeds, chopped spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place sliced beef and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add 4–5 tbsp of Bulgogi Marinade and mix well.
(For deeper flavor, marinate 30 minutes, but you can cook right away too.) - Heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef and vegetables.
- Cook until beef is fully done and sauce is slightly caramelized.
- Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds & spring onions.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve with hot steamed rice and kimchi
- Wrap with lettuce leaves for a BBQ-style meal
- Add glass noodles (dangmyeon) for a Japchae-style twist
- Use leftovers as sandwich or rice bowl topping
