Easy Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe

Make authentic Korean Bulgogi at home in just a few steps using  Chung Jung One Korean BBQ Sauce for Beef Bulgogi .

Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 400g sliced beef (ribeye, sirloin, or tender cut)
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2–3 mushrooms (optional)
  • 4–5 tbsp Chung Jung One Bulgogi Marinade
  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  • Sesame seeds, chopped spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place sliced beef and vegetables in a large bowl.
  2. Add 4–5 tbsp of Bulgogi Marinade and mix well.
    (For deeper flavor, marinate 30 minutes, but you can cook right away too.)
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and stir-fry the beef and vegetables.
  4. Cook until beef is fully done and sauce is slightly caramelized.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds & spring onions.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve with hot steamed rice and kimchi
  • Wrap with lettuce leaves for a BBQ-style meal
  • Add glass noodles (dangmyeon) for a Japchae-style twist
  • Use leftovers as sandwich or rice bowl topping
