Description
SEMPIO Wheat Noodle (Soft & Thick) is crafted with high-quality wheat flour and pure water, fermented and dried slowly to preserve a chewy yet smooth texture. Known as “Jungmyeon (중면)” in Korea, these noodles are thicker than somyeon (thin noodles) but softer than udon, making them versatile for various dishes.
They are made using traditional methods, keeping the dough at a natural fermentation temperature of about 30℃ for authentic taste and texture. This process ensures elasticity, chewiness, and a satisfying bite in every bowl.
