How to Order
- Visit oliveyoung.co.kr or global.oliveyoung.com and find the products you want to purchase.
- Copy the product link (URL).
- In your cart, enter the product link and details (color, size, quantity, etc.) in the Order Note section at the bottom.
- Proceed to checkout, enter your address, and complete the $3 order. You will receive an email with the total amount and estimated delivery date.
- Once payment is confirmed, your items will be purchased in Korea and shipped internationally.

• Temperature-sensitive products such as meat and dumplings are securely packed in insulated polystyrene boxes with ice gel packs.
• Other chilled and frozen products are shipped using appropriate insulated packaging.
• Some kimchi products may be shipped in standard packaging. Natural fermentation may continue during transit; however, this does not affect normal product quality.
• Fresh food cannot be shipped to the South Island.
