DONGWON Yangban Aged Kimchi (Mukeunji) is made with fresh Korean napa cabbage and carefully fermented over time to achieve its signature tangy and rich taste. With its deeper flavor compared to fresh kimchi, it is especially ideal for cooking stews, stir-fried dishes, and braised recipes. Packaged conveniently in 400g, it is suitable for both family meals and cooking portions.
