CHUNG JUNG ONE Sunchang Traditional Soybean Paste is produced using carefully selected soybeans and time-honored fermentation methods from Sunchang, Korea’s most famous doenjang region. This raw-style doenjang develops a bold umami profile with earthy depth and balanced saltiness.
