Products marked as “Shipped from Korea” are dispatched directly from Korea via our partner logistics providers and are handled through a proxy shopping service.

- International shipping (Korea → New Zealand): 3–7 business days
- Customs clearance & domestic delivery: 1–3 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 7–12 business days after order confirmation
