DONGWON Dried Anchovy (Small Size), commonly called “Jiri” in Korean cooking, is widely used for making crispy stir-fried anchovy side dishes. The smaller size creates a lighter texture and absorbs seasoning well, making it perfect for sweet and savoury Korean banchan.
