- Boiling Water: Place the unopened pouch in boiling water and heat for approximately 6–7 minutes. Carefully remove, open and serve.
- Pot: Pour the contents into a pot and heat for approximately 5–6 minutes until thoroughly hot.
- Microwave: Pour the contents into a microwave-safe container, cover appropriately, and heat for approximately 4 minutes at 700W or 5 minutes 30 seconds at 1000W.
- Caution: The pouch and contents may be very hot after heating. Handle carefully to avoid burns.
