Korean-Style Galbi-jjim (Braised Beef Short Ribs) with CJ BBQ Sauce

Easy Korean Galbi-jjim recipe using CJ Beksul BBQ Sauce and tender New Zealand short ribs. A delicious, authentic Korean braised beef dish for home cooking.

  1. Soak the beef short ribs in cold water to remove excess blood. Blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes, then rinse and place back in cold water.
  2. Put the ribs, CJ Beksul Sauce, vegetables, and water into a large pot. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes over medium heat, then cover and simmer for 45 minutes until tender.
