
Korean-Style Galbi-jjim (Braised Beef Short Ribs) with CJ BBQ Sauce
Easy Korean Galbi-jjim recipe using CJ Beksul BBQ Sauce and tender New Zealand short ribs. A delicious, authentic Korean braised beef dish for home cooking.
Ingredients
- Freshly Processed Beef Short Ribs (NZ Origin, Korean Cut) 1kg
- CJ Beksul Korean BBQ Sauce for Beef Galbi 290g
- Water 1L
- Radish 200g
- Carrot 100g
Instructions
- Soak the beef short ribs in cold water to remove excess blood. Blanch in boiling water for 10 minutes, then rinse and place back in cold water.
- Put the ribs, CJ Beksul Sauce, vegetables, and water into a large pot. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes over medium heat, then cover and simmer for 45 minutes until tender.
